"First time I stayed here was excellent. This time we had a couple incidences; someone pooped in the pool, we had to wait 15 mins for someone to light the fire, marshmallows were so hard they wouldn't melt, and the staff were a little rude."

"If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer."

"We would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect for walking along the river and very close to the falls! We also enjoyed walking around downtown and visited a few local breweries. The hotel looks recently updated. Our room was quiet and we had a river view! Good continental breakfast and the breakfast host was very nice! The check-in person didn’t seem to enjoy her job. Sioux Falls is a great place to visit."

"My room was right next to the elevator, so it was really loud. And the hotel had a wedding on the upper floor above me, so you could hear that until about like 10 o’clock. So if you’re trying to go to bed early, that wouldn’t have been happening. And it was really awkward to have the pool and hot tub be on the other side of the dining/bar area because you had to walk around that in your bathing suit, which felt really awkward and embarrassing."

"Very convenient to McKennan Hospital - not to much else. Restaurant choices are all driving distance. Very appropriate for my one night stay."

"Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in."

"They cancelled my room the morning before due to "overbooking". It left me in a very difficult spot. the 3 stars are because I had to submit something. "

"It was dirty. The dude at the front desk was sniffing his shirt when I came in and then he changed it before helping me. The curtains and nightstand were broken and the room was overall dirty."

"The room we were in was in poor shape. The flooring had warped and needs to be redone. 90% of the plugs were so old that they wouldn’t even hold a cellphone charger to connect to electricity. The hotel needs to be renovated"
