"Very disappointing experience. Breakfast was advertised as free/included, but we were later told we had to pay for it. We also accidentally left the room key in a taxi and immediately informed the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, we were threatened with police involvement and later told the taxi driver wanted 50 GEL to return the key, although the information we received directly from the driver was different.
The communication from the hotel became extremely unpleasant and threatening....
"The breakfast only at 10 is really annoying, even got shout out to get a coffee at 9.30, they should really do something about it !!! The photos are way better than the reality. The beach club was closed cause of the weather... it was very warm... sunny 30 degrees, the beach is abandonned not really nice to be there. We asked to use the waterbikes on the photo but it was not possible, they looked like they did not move the wole summer."
"Ok for a one night stay. But breakfast was average and the curtains in the room didn’t seem to fully cover the windows so a lot of light let in, in the morning. Didn’t use the spa but looked ok. Pool wasn’t open. Limited parking outside."
