"The hostess was so sweet and kind. I asked if she could call a taxi for me on the day I checked out, and she not only called a taxi she knew who’s safe and reliable, but she also waited until I got on and saw me off. I really appreciate the kindness of people in Tainan!"

"We took the 4 people room, a sort of small duplex. The room was well equipped. Very cleaned and seemed freshly renovated. The staff was helpful, friendly and discrete. The hotel is not staffed all the time though. Management remains reachable through LINE if needed. "

"The B&B doesn't have elevator, which caused inconvenience with large/heavy suitcases. Otherwise, it is a decent, clean, and convenient place to stay. "

"Clean rooms and nice amenities and staffs "

"great view"

"Very friendly staff and good services, location is close to many historic buildings and sites. "

"Brilliant hotel and service. But needs a better connection to the rest of the city. "

"Very quiet neighborhood, close to family mart and 7-11. The rooom is well decorated. It is very clean, you can see the owner put in a lot of effort in making the stay very comfortable."

"The location is convenient but the room is noisy and the sound insulation is not good. The room upstairs had kids that were jumping and running around. The noise from the next door neighbor was loud. The shower drained really slow. The toilet is inconvenient for people that are over 5 feet tall since you will bump into the front wall when you sit."

"Great place to stay. Breakfast super delicious. "

"I had a wonderful stay for a night. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, making me feel welcome. The room was exactly as advertised, spotless clean and comfortable. I truly appreciated the great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle free experience!"
