"I'm a Caribbean islander by birth, so I love beaches. On the other hand, my main vacation destination is Beach Resorts, which makes me a vacationer with experience and good taste. This is the best choice if you like a healthy, quiet vacation environment."

"The property was nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. The issue is what kind of other tenants are staying. The tenants above us must’ve been up 24 hours a day wearing concrete shoes constantly stomping. When they were not stomping they consumed herbs ..like a lot. Day, night, by the pool. Constantly . I could’ve called the cops but I assumed they wouldn’t do anything because anywhere I went in riviera beach ppl consumed this herb like cigarettes. Seas the day is nice. The ppl around? Meh. "My husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have come across the listing for Fernando Flats in a prime location on Singer Island. The property was purchased less than a year ago and has been tastefully renovated (inside and out) by Marie who was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to provide a best-in-class experience. The rooms are pristinely clean and resemble mini-apartments with a full working kitchen. The fantastic AC in combination with the dehumidifier makes all the difference when inside. Outside and on the grounds, there are so many conveniences that made our stay easy, cost-effective, and delightful including free bikes (which we used multiple times a day), beach gear from chairs to umbrellas (and sunscreen if you're running low), grill by the heated pool (we used both), free parking/room, and more. Thoughtful details can make a trip that much more special, and Fernando Flats raised the bar. Highest of recommendations - we will be back. Thank you again, Marie, for the fabulous stay!"

"“Resort” is doing a lot of heavy lifting in the name. But what it lacks in modern amenities it makes up for in charm and atmosphere. The staff does a phenomenal job of making sure the guests are well cared for and feel welcomed."
