mixed feelings here. hotel is very outdated, ac was leaking intermittently during my stay. staff was pleasing, tried to accommodate my requests and concerns. the best part is the location, being in little india. there is the century square mall just across the site, then a lot of food and shopping options around the area.

My second time at this hotel and it is at a very strategic location with MRT stations nearby, a mall just directly opposite and plenty of food stalls around. Great place to stay.

Needs more improvement
Room smells bad, no ventilation, air-conditioning is very slow, toilet and shower has a very limited space, I have noticed that housekeeping did not wash our cups, poor housekeeping. The only thing which I think most will agree is that it is near the mall and MRT. And Mustafa center. For those who plan to stay in the hotel, bring along your own bath soap and shampoo. Toothbrush and toothpaste is also provided at the front desk upon request, as well as hotel sleepers. These things should be automatically provided in the room and not by through request.

Air conditioner was not function well and we were feeling so hot in the room. However, the water flow from water heater pump was too weak and low. There was no other available room for exchange anymore thus there may need more improvement on these amenities if unable to change room. But I like the location of this hotel because it is nearby MRT station.

Hotel is located strategically opposite of City Square Mall and a 5-min walk to the Farrer Park MRT station. The hypermarket Mustafa Centre is also nearby and you can get literally anything there. Don't have anything much to complain about the room except that you can find ants lingering around the fridge but that's not a major inconvenience at all

Location is good. Basic amenities such as space to keep luggage was missing. We booked a family room; they added a bed on the side turning it into a family room leaving absolutely no space to keep suitcases. We had to push the beds together and to the wall to manage some space.

This is in a very handy location and specially for my elderly parents this was the best food join down the building and mustafa bang opposite. Biggest plus point is MRT is also close.

Good stay experience; nice location
We had an express check-in and check-out which was quite smooth. The staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging me a room for early check-in as well (for my parents). The local surroundings were awesome since it was in close proximity to whatever you need, if you are an Indian. The room and toilet were a bit compact and damp. It would've been better if the towels were washed a bit more properly. Walls were so thin that you can hear every word if they speak in the hallway. Moreover we had noisy neighbors unfortunately who were having a karaoke session with kids late night around 12 to 1AM. Otherwise overall it was a good experience.

Its totally disappointed with the room.Room which i book same on the picture.they gave me the small room (room no.404) with one queen size bed which 2 persons cant share. When I ask the reception they were saying its Deluxe room. They estimating us very stupid. They asking me to contact Hotels.com and get details. I arrived hotel arround 10.30 to10.45 pm after 6. 1/2 hrs flight and it was delay 5hrs to depart. Was so tired and came to hotel. Expecting have good rest as i booked the room with 2 beds. But totally put us down. My self and my brother When I ask they tell refuse to give the room which i booked and they asking me to pay SGD160 if i need that room. Hi Hotel.com Whats the solution you going to do for me? Are you going to dissapoint many other clients like me? Whats the special offer you promoting and cheat your clients? Make sure to keep proper contract with hotels and promote ? Its so bad.

Dear Mohamed Fouzul Ameer, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. I believed that our staffs meant redux instead of deluxe as we do not have any deluxe rooms in the hotel. All our rooms have been fully renovated giving the name of "Redux". The staff involved was not aware that you have misheard. They have recommended for a top up to upgrade to a family room for 3 instead as they are keen to solve your concern about the room size. Room 404 is a double redux room of 11 square meters as stated on the website. Thank you for your feedback.

Very clean, also had electric outlets for multiple plugs so we did not need an adapter. Fantastic location across from 2 malls. One open 24hrs. Great food just outside the door in many directions.

Excellent staff, excellent location, near shopping mall and local food outlets, on several bus routes and only 5 minutes walk for 2 hop on hop off bus routes. 5 mins from 2 MRT. Great value for for money definitely recommend for cheap stay in Singapore
