We needed a one night stay due to being let down by Jetstar and missing our connection. This place was awesome - relatively close to the airport but with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Acceptable stay !
Front desk staff were friendly and warm with their services, check-in was a breeze. Hygiene was visibly strict and commendable as there’s some folks on quarantine sharing the same building on different levels. Nothing to worry about. The slight issue was thin walls/window surrounding the room so some work can be done on sound proofing. Overall decent experience.

The pillows were way too soft and the room's walls are paper thin so I could hear anything and everything. What made it worse is that the hotel is located in a noisy area. The combination of these two things made it impossible to fall asleep. Also I requested that they have an iphone charger so I could charge my phone. The hotel had an adapter but no lightning cable to connect the phone to. The hotel should invest in some spare cables for situations like mine instead of leaving us to scramble to find a way to charge our devices (because we forgot to bring out charger with us). Also there was no ice machine and I was told to use the ice tray in the freezer but because the ice tray was emptied before check in there was no way for me to have ice when I needed it. Also final note: The bathroom needs to be better cleaned I discovered mold on the glass shower wall after steam had built up from showering and it was disgusting and frightening to behold.

Stayed here for few days. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Can be a go-to place for a short stay. Only thing that may need to be checked / improved is their Aircon. The room where we stayed, the aircon is not that cold.

Staff were super friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Hotel pool was fantastic to cool down in after a hot day in the city. Location good, lots of local bars, restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable and air conditioned...

The room is a bit small while the picture looks bigger. The breakfast is very limited and simple, not too much varieties to choose from.

Hope above room size information will able to help in your decision in near future. For breakfast, our Platypus restaurant serve Continental Breakfast therefore choice is indeed limitation, We will have 1 main dish, 1 Chinese porridge and remaining Continental items. Good price with a pool
Good value for money. Only downside was the distance to the nearest MRT station and although the room had a window it looked out onto a side wall. However over all the staff we very helpful,the place was clean,wifi very good and the pool on top was great, i will stay here again

This property is ideally located close to everything. There is a shopping mall and plaza across the street and plenty of dining options on the same stretch. The staff is extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Special mention to Mery who took exceptional care of me while I was there.

The hotel is good value for money and suited me as it has a bus connection to where relatives we were visiting live. Though the room we stayed in was dated and not particularly large, it was comfortable and clean. There are good local restaurants, both cheap and more upmarket, and a fabulous ice cream shop called Birds of Paradise a few minutes walk away. There is a frequent bus service to the city via a number of routes with stops close to the hotel. The taxi ride to the airport is relatively short. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Good value and location
I like the East Coast location, halfway between the city and airport. It's a short walk to the beach and shopping complexes with bus services across the road to most major destinaions. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequate if a bit small. Whilst breakfast is not of International hotel buffet standard it was adequate too.

The location is very good for us .. eateries , groceries,711, Catholic Church/ holy family church is few steps away, Bus stop is just across the street , far from mrt station but can catch the bus across the street to get there.and best of all we like our room , a corner room away from the rest of the rooms ,no noise , it’s small and clean , good size bathroom with window, a mini fridge, just what we needed .The area is quite more like of residential areas. A little far from Changi airport cost you 20 sgd / around 15-20 min taxi ride but it’s worth it. They have nice staff Hong Yi, Chew, Sam, Mery, janelle and Deson , I hope I got it right. Anyway.. would love to comeback and recommend this hotel based on our experience , standard and affordability.. there’s a pool at the roof top ,

Overall decent quality hotel and reasonable value. The location would be difficult for anyone that didn't know Singapore somewhat, but we did. The pool on the roof was nice and quiet, but would not be able to take a crowd well. As a guest, we needed to ask for things, rather than them being anticipated (4 of us but 3 pillows and towels for example). Breakfast was included, but a fairly basic limited buffet and ran out of some things near the end each day, which wasn't great.

Hotels staff allowed large group of children to yell and run up and down the hallway at 1:30am. When the front desk was called it took another 15mins for the children to finally stop yelling and running up and down the hallway.

The building and staff have no issues at all. It is clean, friendly and functions well. The pool are leaves a little to be desired, but in a boutique hotel, this is not an expectation anyway. My issue was with the beds in the rooms. They are not even queen sized, and at 6 foot tall, my shins were hanging over the edge of the bed. If I had been there with a partner, it would have made it impossible to sleep well. Also, it would be advisable to have black-out blinds/curtains installed, as it is very bright in the rooms.
