Bad experience.
We booked this hotel for 5 days but we stayed for only 2 days because the air conditioning ran so loud, the curtain looked dirty, the light in the room is not bright. We decided to move to a better hotel.

Room was visibly dirty, shower had small flies, we had to request for a different pillow because all the pillows were super smelly like it wasnt washed for months. Though they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage even when we checked out but the bad part was it got locked inside their stock room, door knob got broken. They dont have service or maintainance personnel for it so my husband had to help in breaking the door knob so we can catch our bus to KL in less that an hour. Good thing we were able to catch our bus. Never goinng back again.

Not a recommended room
The aircon is centralised. There is a weird strong smell when we just arrived. And everyday when we came back from our outing the smell came back. The bathroom door can’t be close tight. So you can watch tv while taking dump. There is no daily housekeeping. No water bottle every day. No refill of shampoo and shower gel. Maybe upon request.

Uhh... leaking AC. Unsanitary restrooms... toilet is in shower! And it is drenched after! No toiletries and cheap disintergrating toilet paper... can go on and on... lesson learned! Never going back!

We were expecting basic but the room was disappointing, luckily we weren't in it much. Location was good. Wouldn't take much to make the room a nicer place to be and better value- get rid of the wallpaper on the shower screen, it's just an unhealthy mould trap and needs a good scrub. A repaint with some good quality paint and a colour on one wall would cheer it up, especially as there was no window. Better furniture and some extra hooks to hang things would be great. TV only has 1 usable channel. I resented having to sign a document stating what things would cost if broken when our sheet had a hole in and the bath mat was a ripped bit of old towel. We also had small bugs on our cases when we left. Didn't bother with the housekeeping service as it wasn't that clean to start with. More like a private hostel than hotel (have stayed in nicer hostels!) Just needs some love and care. No safe in the room which would have been appreciated.

Sarah really makes us feel welcomed and attentive to our requests. The room really encourages us to go out - comfy after a long day who just want to lie down and sleep. Location is also good. There’s a 24hour halal eatery about 1 min walk away.

Location very convenient. 5 minutes walk to bugis mrt station exit d. Very near to bugis junction mall. Please note that there is a beach hotel in front of it, beacjh garden hotel on the right hand side of Beach hotel and it is at the back lane.

Room is so small and not so clean. Beddings were not replaced everyday. Pillows did not smell clean specially the blue throw pillow. Air conditioner cannot be adjust manually or by remote. Needs to call the receptionist first for the adjustment. Stufff are ok.

Nice budjet hotel
Good price, with very nice staff. Great location near bus stop, mrt station, shopping mall, convenian store, restaurants, convention hall etc. Small and smelly old room with non-privacy toilet. We got instant coffee service only 2 days from 4 days we stayed.

I don’t really need a 5 star hotel but this hotel was a 1 star. Didn’t use shower, too dirty. Beds were hard. I am sure it was clean but shabbiness of hotel and smell made it feel unclean. We cancelled for stop over on the way back and booked a different hotel for $10 extra. SORRY, I don’t like giving bad reviews but I have to tell it as it is.

Very Basic but fantastic location.
Yes this is a very basic and budget hotel, so dont expect much. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfy and the shower hot. There were a few holes in the sheet, but was fairly clean. The hotel is in a perfect location which was just what I needed. The hotel staff were very friendly and check in was quick.

The hotel and room were disgusting. In my windowless room (which I expected as that's what I booked), there was significant black-colored mold growing on all the walls, ceiling, and the shower walls. While I had prepaid for a non-refundable two nights, I forfeited my second night and checked in elsewhere.

The room is the tiniest I' ve ever been in my whole life, barely fits two people. Not super clean, or nice, very basic. At least it got AC and a good location. Singapore is a really expensive place so this is "cheap". Not much to say about the staff, just doing their job. If possible spend some extra money in a better place

We are satisfied with our stay. We will definitely recommend to our friends and relatives. The staff were accommodating, pleasant and nice. We were serviced promptly and sincerely. Even if the space is small it really fits our budget and needs. The location is very strategic, close and convenient to shopping and transit.

The room assigned to us is ok, but the basin was clogged. Also towers and curtains seems unwashed. The bathroom floor's design is faulty, water does not easily go down the drain, it stays for couple of hours, so floor is a bit flooded.

Noisy hotel in a great location.
Reception staff was very friendly although the hotel would not refund or credit me a night that I missed due to a cancelled international flight. Because of that I would not extend my stay with them. Hotel is in a great location with many choices for shopping and restaurants nearby. Floor in room was not cleaned very well, but bed and bathroom was okay. However, do not stay here if you are a light sleeper like myself: doors slamming throughout building and nearby buildings all night, and that kept me awake. I was also mistaken to think I didn't need a room with a window. Not knowing whether the sun was up or not was a definite minus. WiFi worked well.

Budget hotel good location but poor condition
Not-so-good. No hairdryer when requested, room have a weird smell which I use lemon and freshener but after awhile it came back. Shower is cold, hot water spoil after 2 days. Stayed here for 4 days. Overall is poor but something good is excellent location nearby to Bugis MRT, steamboat and restaurants just outside which open till late.

Very accessible hotel
The hotel 's location is great...very near the shopping area, good restos, and the bus and train stops. Our room was small, but good enough for me and my husband to have a good night's rest after a tiring day going around Singapore. The staff were all nice and friendly. I am happy to have chosen this hotel.

Ideal location, great price, comfortable & clean!
I was on a business trip in the middle of September 2016. I found this hotel as ideally located in the center of town, only one block from the Raffles Hotel, a few blocks from Suntec Center with the Fountain of Wealth. Two Seven-Elevens are within 3 minute walk, a supermarket on the basement of Intercontinental Hotel only 2 blocks a way. Little India is within walking distance (ca. 10 minutes). Wifi was comfortably fast, front desk staffs are friendly. The cost performance couldn't be better. The only minus point was that no facial tissue box was equipped. In the weekend when I was off, I went to Sentosa Island to enjoy Stand-Up-Paddling in the Tanjong Beach, which became my unforgettable happy memory. The beach was just like a Paradise. The Swissotel in Raffles City served ice cream of Durian, with which I quickly fell in love.
