Absolutely fantastic hotel. From a quick check-in until a smooth check-out wonderful holiday. Room was very good. Facilities were amazing. Great swimming pools. (Child’s pool, relaxing pools and a massive lap pool. Wonderful breakfast. Fantastic location. 5 mins walk to shopping centre and metro. But the best thing for me… the staff, made my holiday unforgettable. Thank you to a wonderful team.

Convenient location - less than 5 minute walk to Orchard MRT station entrance. Helpful front desk staff, including allowing a slightly early check-in after we arrived on an early morning flight. Spacious studio, clean and well-equipped. Loved the large outdoor lap pool available to guests. The buffet breakfast was a particular highlight, including made-to-order local dishes (changed every day), as well as ample fruit, pastries, and other hot food. Special shout-out to the friendly breakfast staff including Jehan, Peck, Angie, and JJ - they started each of our mornings with a smile.

Excellent Stay
Excellent property, great facilities and location. This was my second stay at this property, although I have stayed at other Fraser locations. Only disappointment was me enquiring about corporate membership and packages, as the company I work with as Managing Director is registered in Singapore. However, the check-in agent did not provide any information, except that reservation would answer that. Still waiting!

As in all Fraser properties this was high end and well placed to Orchard Road. Easy access to MRT or buses. Our apartment had all the comforts of home. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The balcony is off the bedroom, which we found very inconvenient to use at all with a baby needing to nap throughout the day. No other configurations were available without ugprading. Staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise.

Amazing
Amazing place and staff. So attentive to our needs especially travelling with an elderly in a wheelchair. Everywhere was wheelchair accessible. Rooms were quiet. Washing machine/dryer was used 3 times during our stay and so glad we had it. Location was good for shopping. Supermarket is not nearby but a short taxi ride away. Breakfast selection was adequate to start the day. With so many food places yet to try you do not want to eat too much in the first place. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon. Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable

It was ideally located, easily access to shoppers' paradise "Orchard Road" and the MRT. The property was totally prefabricated, rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Excellent free breakfast in a garden setting and the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful! We hope to stay there again soon!

Nice Serviced Apartments right off of Orchard Road. Friendly staff with a nice pool. Just a word of advice make sure your room has a Do Not Disturb sign. If not, then ask for one. If you do not put it on they will come knocking everyday (not that it is a bad thing, it helps when they are adamant about cleaning, but it does not help if you want to sleep in after a long flight). I was very tired after a long flight and did not think to put the sign on or look for one and I definitely got a call the next day about cleaning the room. Once I got a "Do Not Disturb" sign the calls and knocking went away. They definitely honor the sign. That was the worst of it. Definitely recommend staying here. I would stay here again! Amenities are wonderful! Stove top, oven/microwave combo, laundry machines, Bose speaker. Great place to kick back and relax. Breakfast was good too.

Comfortable for a young family
The place is comfortable... 10 minutes walk from Orchard Road... Nice huge 4ft Swimming pool. The Apartment was well furnished, with all basic amenities and Kitchen equipment. Bedsheets and Towels are not replaced daily. Also Housekeeping cleaning service could do a better job. Breakfast is a very limited selection unlike a hotel, but adequate with eggs/breads/cheese/cold-cuts/fruits etc Overall, it met our expectations and we would probably stay here again...

Hot Water Service ran cold after one shower. Unable to adjust, Bathroom mirror insufficiently lighted. Insufficient for applying make-up or shaving. No full length mirror provided. Shower water runoff into bathroom caused puddles in bathroom proper. No power point in bathroom for hair dryer. No USB power points provided. We consider the above minor issues as overall the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and the apartment was very new. Service and breakfast staff were very good.

Fabulous property, beautiful swimming pools, well located. A serene oasis at the end of a busy day. The only con was the hairdryer has no plug in the bathroom and has a short cord, so could only use plug in kitchen and no mirror.

Excellent place for a short stay in Singapore
This is definitely an excellent place for a short stay in Singapore. We are a family of 3 from Mainland China. Upon arriving, we felt the warmness of the front desk. I want to especially talk about the breakfast. We were offered with the complimentary breakfast, and the breakfast was so nice. We felt the warmness of the breakfast service, just as at home. Special thanks to Angie and Carol, who were so nice and so warm-hearted. Talking about the room, the room is big and brand new. Everything is fine. I will definitely come back next time. Again thanks to everyone in the apartment.

Chosen due to its proximity to shopping (Orchard Rd), public transport (Orchard MRT), and food plus in room laundry facility (washer/dryer combo). Property is newly refurbished serviced apartments that started operation in April 2019 - great care is taken on the property everyday with the cleaning and maintence of the property. Breakfast served daily but food options are limited may be worth taking a visit to the grocery eg Marks & Spencers or Takashimaya for groceries.

I have booked the apartment with this much money because they mentioned in the room facilities it is smoking and non smoking property, but when I reach the hotel the reception staff surprised me that smoking is not allowed which not acceptable. I have discussed this issue with them then one guy is called Chris gave me an option either to proceed with check in with out smoking in the room or to cancel the booking after staying for the first night only and the time at that moment was 10.45 PM.

Great clean service apt
Great location and newly renovated service apt with kitchenette and w/d. Only problem is the housekeeping was lacking. Came intermittently and didn’t leave enough laundry detergent, water or shampoo. Had to ask for these items several times. What the worst was the long HAIR left in one of the bowls in the kitchen drawer and the dirt in tub.

Excellent quality and service!
We were very impressed with this service apartment. It was new and contain all high end equipment, from Miele washer, dryer, WMF kitchen items to Silent Gliss automatic curtains. The service was excellent, friendly staff we great customer service. Probably the best we ever received in all our hotel stays. Concierge was great helping us load everything from to taxi. Location was also great. 5 min walk to ION orchard. Comfy pillows and bed gave us a great night's sleep. Highly recommended for quality and service. Will definitely return again.

Fantastic apartment
The serviced apartments are brand-new and the quality is fantastic. Everything you need is included in the apartment. Location also great with only a five minute walk to get to Orchard Road. Definitely will be staying here again on my next visit.

ゆったり海外生活を満喫できる
非常に清潔で広々とした快適なホテル。施設も充実しており満足。ただ包丁が切れないこととフライパンが焦げつきやすいのが残念。炊飯器の貸し出しが欲しい。 ベランダでゆったりしながら飲むコーヒーは格別でした。コロナが落ち着いたらまた利用したい。

常に清潔に保たれていて気持ちよく過ごせました。時々、アメニティの追加を忘れてましたが、リクエストするとすぐに対応してくれました。キッチンと洗濯機があるタイプの施設は初めて泊まりましたが、ある程度滞在する旅行にはとても便利だった為、次回からも利用しようと思います。

I have stayed here for around 3 weeks on 2 different floors. The housekeeping was so bad when i stayed on the 9/f and become better after I moved to another floor. The one basic thing the housekeeper did was tidying up the bed. Even I placed the card on the bed/table, they still ignored. The amenities like body wash/ cotton pads were never refilled in full. There were always things missing that I had to call the concierge to refill. This is worst than a 3-star hotel.

the place is located near to orchard road and is super convenient. The maintenance of the serviced apartment has been fantastic and so many stuff inside the place look so brand new to me

Below our expectations
Ok as a 4star service apartment. .Prior to the reservation, I've checked comments of other guests and believed it's an excellent service residence. Actually I should recognize the experience we have had is below our expectations. The reception young lady rarely has a smile. When calling a taxi, we waited for more than 20 minutes, she did not tell us the first cab was cancelled and a second was called even though I talked to her 3 3 times to check and check again because it's quite late for our concert. We would not come back again next year.
