Superb staff, the concierge, Rizwan and Sarwes were excellent. Chong, the front desk manager (he is a manager , I am not sure if that is the correct area that he manages) is superb, he just joined you from Millenium. He is very friendly. YOTEL Singapore Orchard Road
The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and a location in Orchard for such a low price. . It is a great place to stay if you are spending much time in the room as the room is small and has no chair to sit on.
