"We booked last minute because of a canceled flight at 10:50pm & arrived at 11:20pm. The night staff were very helpful and friendly. She spoke great English so there was no language barrier. There was a bit of confusion since we booked 2 rooms for our family of 5 but it was because I put the other room under my wifes name so we needed to show both passports.
