The buffet dining area presented some design safety issues as there are many split levels to navigate. Just good to know to take care if you have some visual impairment or balance on steps while holding food. A decent selection of English news channels on TV. I was checked in upon arrival even though earlier than the typical 3pm. The room was clean, modern, and cozy. The hotel sits in an area with restaurants and shops which made for a nice walk in the evening and grabbing dinner."

"Comfortable hotel a 35' drive from Incheon airport. We were looking for a hotel to stay in between flights that would be in an area that we could walk around and where there would be some restaurants as well. This hotel ticked all the boxes. The airport collection service was also really efficient (the taxi driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a name placard) and the staff were helpful. Would recommend!"
