"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. He was very considerable to advise me to stay in the room and he will walk (quite far and its a long walk) back to reception and send me new cards later. The...

"You get a hotel room in a building near the airport. There is no reception. The room is comfortable, and the English instructions on how to get there and access the room are clear. It's about 5 minutes from T1 or 20 minutes from T2 on a free shuttle line. You have to walk about one short block to the shuttle."

"Highly recommend for a layover!! Right next to terminals, shopping, food court, buffet, etc. Room is small but it has all that you need! Water, bed, toilet, shower, sink, tv, slippers. Make sure you email them all your information regarding flight information. They speak English very well. Book early they fill up!"
