First of all, a very special thank you to Emad, who helped organise the excursions and recommended some fantastic trips. Emad is an amazing person — extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful. His recommendations made the holiday even more enjoyable and truly unforgettable. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and all the effort he put into making the experience so special. I would also like to express my appreciation to all the hotel staff. They were absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, respectful, friendly and willing to help. Without a doubt, some of the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Their hospitality and professionalism were exceptional. Another very special thank you goes to Mustafa, one of the waiters in the restaurant. He is an amazing person — incredibly kind, polite, attentive, lovely and always happy to help. His positive attitude and excellent service made every dining experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, the entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. A massive thank you to Emad, Mustafa and all the wonderful staff at Stella Di Mare for making the holiday such a memorable experience. "Nice large room with balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly helpful staff. Although we never took part in the animation team events they put on, other than watching the evening shows, they all came across very friendly, especially LuLu & Memo. Large variety of food everyday, which I enjoyed especially the variety of desserts. Beer was refreshing although it must be low alcohol content as you could drink it all day and not feel drunk."
