"We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area."

We had a lovely service from the staff, breakfast was quite good and the quality of the food and beverages was really good including the free wine and beer included in our rate.
