Silver Star Mountain hotels from RM119

"There was a big event at the hotel and the front desk had NO towels at all, the restaurant was closed, the gym had no water, the coffee maker in the lobby didn’t have hot chocolate or tea for kids, and there was NO parking at all. The room was clean and quiet, but it was a very average stay"

"The pictures very deceiving room looked nothing like the photo and dirty popcorn and dirty socks on the floor. Rundown poor customer service zero housekeeping paid for 3 guests only two towels trying to get towels a nightmare two coffee pods when asked for an extra for 3 paying guests was told we only give two not even a stir stick had to use the same paper cup for 3 days. I even got poor attitude when asking for a roll of toilet paper but housekeeping would never come to fill anything. "

"Refused to refund my small amount of money for a one night stay of $71 even tho there was a medical emergency followed by a 4 day hospital stay. Pretty shady if you ask me. I would have even rebooked a different day and probably came again in the future but now im disgusted and will never spend a dime on this greedy owners place in my life while also making sure no one I know or talk to will again. And I work in customer service so I hope Karma comes back to you sir!"
