"Check-in time is 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. Told my room wasn't ready and they would call me when it is. I waited for about 90 minutes. No call. I went back to front desk and got checked in as a room was available. It's bad that the room wasn't available on-time. It's worse that they told me they would call me when a room is available but then did not. Breakfast was meh. "

"PROMPT 24 hr airport shuttle on the hour and the half. BE READY BEFORE IT ARRIVES. No waiting for stragglers. The restaurant and bar offered a respite for a weary traveler. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. And quiet despite being directly across from the elevators."

"Very convenient to SETAC. 24 hour shuttle is reliable. Ample luggage carts allow guests to move luggage to room on own. Nearly at airport, but very quiet."

"We stayed here for one night due to an early flight. We were at the hotel less than 8 hours so cannot comment much on the amenities. Free parking is a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did use the luggage storage and that was easy. The beds were comfortable. We did have a room on the highway and traffic was noisy. Overall, a nice place to stay before an early flight."

"I stayed here the night before a 5:00 am flight. The staff was helpful in getting information about the shuttle, both after I dropped off the rental car in the evening and for the morning flight. It has limited parking (just fyi). It is within walking distance of the airport (about 1 mile), but I would not want to do it with luggage."
