"At the time of booking, it was comparable in price compare to other hotels. Closer to traveling, the price was more expensive by far from the other hotels. "This hotel is a perfect location to be in after visiting olympic national park and leaving from Seattle Tacoma airport. They have a free shuttle to airport and are located less than few miles from airport."

"If I good give ZERO stars I would. Good luck getting someone on the phone to pick you up at the airport. My 80 year old mother waited over an hour and finally gave up on a shuttle ride. I called at least 3 times and was promised they would come get her at 1D (Seattle-tacoma international airport) and they never came. I finally just gave up and booked her at another hotel. Of course I won’t get a refund."

"Having free pickup via shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. They also offer a shuttle for a fee to the piers for cruises. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating."

"We stayed on the third floor and the floor in the hallway was extremely soft. Some parts felt like the floor would give away anytime. Hallway smelled of weed. Room was a typical room for what you need to sleep. We did like how friendly the staff was. Not sure we would stay here again."
