"The convenience of the location is unbeatable in many ways; the mall is just right across the street from the hotel; a shopping center with shops, Whole Foods Market, Barns & Nobles and restaurants are right next to it and walkable from the room. More shopping centers are less than a block away. Not to mention, high way is right next to the hotel. The room is very comfortable and quiet; we will go back when we are in Reno again."

"This hotel was great. But with as many rooms as it has avaiable there was 3 washing machines with one of those machines broken. There was also a lack of signage getting around this large hotel. "
