"Very nice and quiet, convenient location just off the highway, and with a backdrop of the river. Enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast with a river view!"

"It was a very bad stay. The sheets in the two rooms we rented were dirty; they hadn't been changed. They had hair, fingernail clippings, trash, and bits of leaves on them—it was disgusting. The towels were all stained."

Kids enjoyed the pool. Two main complaints: - No tea/coffee in the room or lobby. They unlocked the breakfast area every time we asked for a cup of tea. - Someone broke a window in the breakfast area a year ago. "Some staff were initially very helpful. I asked the staff at the room at ice and they replied of course it does. It’s in the freezer. Security is questionable. The room I was assigned didn’t have the door locked and no ice in the refrigerator , but I was told there would be ice. I asked for another room but I left my car keys in the first room so I got the key back and went up to that room and again the door was open, but my keys were still there. No reason why the door was left open. Morning...

"For a motel, it was a perfect little spot. They had an indoor outdoor pool, A decent continental breakfast, a nice little garden , very clean rooms and friendly staff!"

"Absolutely horrible. The air conditioner was out so they had portable ones that ended up also breaking. Got double charged for a room. We had a few other family members staying here as well and everyone had some sort of issue. The staff tried to help but from what we have heard from other customers this place is just falling apart."

"I booked this hotel mainly for its location next to the adventure park and pool, which were the biggest selling points for our family. Unfortunately, the room was disappointing. We were given a basement-level handicap-accessible room, and the shower bench took up most of the shower space. Beyond the lobby, the hotel felt dated and not very clean, with worn carpet and paint. "Nice property. Very clean. Breakfast was ok, waffle maker, eggs and sausage. pretty standard. property is right along the Colorado River. The train on the other side of the river is rather laud."

"The web site said a pool and hot tube and there is not one on site, you have to walk across the street to another Hotel and use theirs - not pleasant. The web site says " River Front" - It is not - you have to walk across the street and go behind the hotel across the street. The ceilings must be paper thin, we had to leave a day early due to the stomping around in the room above."
