It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. "The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. "Rooms nice, very modern, quiet and very clean. The food was not very good. Just American pub grub standard for a lot more money. Pricy. Staff just looked miserable to me. Our server wasn't in the best of moods. Charge for breakfast and charge for the airport shuttle. About 2 miles at 15 Euros. It was ok."

"The hotel is older and is shabby on the inside. The third floor smelled of dog urine. But, everything inside our room was clean, the sheets and beds were comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport (5 euros per person each way) was helpful. The AC worked great. If you're looking for an overnight stay for proximity to the airport and don't expect fancy, this is a decent place. I would say it's like a Red Roof Inn. The staff were nice."
