Long weekend visit

Convenient to airport, clean room and common areas. Breakfast buffet was nice and staff was friendly. Chili’s connected through lobby if you need a quick meal.

Saved us in a pinch. No other available places to stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Only issue was we came in late one night and the door was jammed and would not let us in to the lobby. Other than that everything was good. Even breakfast was great.

Nice location, quiet and safe. They didn't give us the room we select but they accomodate us in a new one. Room is nice. Restaurant dirty. Same food every day. No help with luggage and parking is around the corner, which may be a problem if you arrive at night. We may return only if there is no other choice.

The property location is great close to shopping plaza close to airport hospital next to it very convenient very clean breakfast and customer service very good and helpful I just didn't like they don't include shuttle service to airport without a fee I was counting on that since I didn't rent a car at this time

The facility itself is excellent which is disappointing because of the experience we had with the staff. I booked two city views and only received 1 city view. I was traveling with my mom and a staff member tried to enter her room late at night. Which when we asked the staff they said that was not normal.

I love the size of this room and the place , I didn't like the fact that we pay for 4 ppl and we get breakfast for only 2.... also that it say transportation to airport and it should say that you have to PAID Transp to the airport

Only one elevator is working and it always gets stuck. We had to take the stairs up and down few times. The city view was a curtain with a city photo on it, LOL. The view from the window was horrible; it was concrete walls and dark (false advertisement).

DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER!! My wife and I spent one night to rest and relax before our flight. We decided to pay for this hotels expecting a better experience, sadly could not take a decent hot shower as no hot water was on our room. I called the reception desk but just offered me to take me to other rooms until I find one with hot water. They never offered any kind of compensation for our bad experience. They charge a higher tariff compared to other hotels around and we did not expect this poor service. The room was OK as well as the breakfast. REVIEW OTHER HOTELS AROUND BEFORE BOOKING HERE, you might find a better experience for half the cost.
