Hotel berdekatan Sikh Temple

"The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star."

"Hotelli oli vilkkaalla alueella ja kyytejä sai helposti. Hotelli on rakennuksen toisessa kerroksessa hissin päässä. Huone tilava, sänky hyvä, ilmastointi ja toimiva pesuhuone/ Wc. Lämmintä vettä tuli suihkusta, jääkaappi huoneessa. Hiljainen nukkua. Aamiainen hyvä. Ystävällinen palvelu vastaanotossa ja keittiössä, vaikka tulkin välityksellä ( aamiainen). Parasta katolla oleva uima-allas, jossa puhdas vesi ja hieno näköala. Auki 24/7, aamu- uinnilla ei ketään muita. Paras paikka pitkään aikaan!"

"They advertise pool you have to pay to swim. 1 small botle of water per person per day is the only thing complimentary and everything else is at an extremely high charge, rooms are bare minimum but do have air-conditioning "

"Mombasa is HOT! They have A/C and while it is not real powerful it was a life saver and adequate! The cleaning staff was great especially Pamela who did so much for us! I would rate it highly for the type of hotel"

"Do NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotel"
