"The toilets DO NOT flush! Our group of friends had taken three rooms and ALL of them had plumbing issues. One of them changed the room to another floor and still the same issue. Another one not only had the toilet blocked, but even the shower drain was plugged. Water went out of the washroom, into the room and out into the corridor while taking a shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful but it is impractical to call then every time one uses the toilet. Not giving one star because the breakfast was good and menu changed daily and the staff is great."

"Staff was nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Food was terrible and overpriced. Tried four of the restaurants and none of the food was good. Plenty of restaurants off site that were better and cheaper. Food is catered to Muslims (halal)"
