Best customer service I’ve ever had
I enjoyed the stay at Stora Brännbo mostly because the customer service I have received. The staff were very friendly and professional. They go the extra mile to help your stay special even at the time of departure. It was very hard to reserve taxi to the airport in time for my flight. The nice lady at the reception arranged for me and another hotel customer, a ride to the airport on the house. I like the fact that the hotel is located out of the city so you can see the nature. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice sauna to relax and a decent gym for those who want to move/exercise. Good breakfast with a huge selections of food.

This is a lovely little motel/hotel. Room was small but very well appointed. There was a very convenient vanity and mirror in the rooms entryway. Also this little foyer provided a separation between the bathroom and sleeping area. Very nice when sharing. Sadly the breakfast was not as good as some places. My main complaints are poor coffee and limited cut up fresh fruit.

close to airport (when going by car)
chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport (note that this applies only when going by car, otherwise the excellent Arlanda Express train service from Stockholm is just as good); surrounding not too exciting, all residential with no outside food options; room too hot with no airco (maybe I missed something as the bathroom had floor heating turned on it seems); room on the small side even though we had a family room; excellent breakfast; overall expensive given the room.

Friendly staff. Very nice restaurant. Decent price. Poor room. Very small to say the least with thin walls and little effort to block out the sun. For one night it is ok but I wouldn’t recommend more.

It was generally a good stay but the room was very small, probably the smallest I've ever stayed in. What's worse, it lacked air conditioning, and I couldn't open the window because it was bolted. So I felt like there was not enough fresh air in the room.

Great service, wonderful food, good location
We stayed here on the last night of our trip through Sweden. We would have loved to stay here longer. The town is cute and nice to walk around. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was fabulous. We also had a wonderful meal in the dining room - where the staff were absolutely fabulous. Loved it and would stay again anytime.

Peaceful, leisurely break in hectic vacation
Very pleasant surroundings, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Very friendly, efficient staff that dealt with our issues immediately. Excellent breakfast.

Good Hotel Away from Stockholm
We found this hotel for a weekend as there were no available rooms in Stockholm. We were quite pleasant surprised with the hotel as it was a clean and good hotel with good amenities. The restaurant provided very good breakfast. Hotel staffs are very friend and helpful. The rooms are set up in such away that they are in different buildings located throughout the property. Overall good clean hotel and is close to the Arlanda airport. Also, just close by, the town is a quaint little town with good restaurants. In the summer, the restaurant close to the water is a good location to have a nice meal and a good beer.

What a positive surprise, nice place, good restaurant, number one breakfast absolutely! Rooms ok and friendly staff, what else do you need, it's a 20 min drive to the airport, will be back again if I get he chance.

Gym is great, rooms are basic more suited to conference type stays. Food was OK but a very limited menu(One choice). Staff were really helpfull.

Inte ett hotell för par
Mycket tråkiga rum, kala väggar utan tavlor. Bilderna ser annorlunda ut! Finns inga dubbelsängar att få på hela hotellet, endast ihopställda enkelsängar trots att Hotels utlovar dubbelsäng. Som par var inte dessa mysiga att ligga i då de åker isär. När vi kom fanns ingen plats i loungen då det var skaldjursbuffé och fullbokad. Tråkigt. Så vi fick gå ner till stan för att ta en öl. Frukosten var dock mycket bra! Säkert bra som konferenshotell men inte för par.

Jag har hälsat på min dotter som bor i Sigtuna med familj. Eftersom vi är så många när vi kommer så bestämde jag mig för att bo på Stora Brännbo tillsammans med ett barnbarn. Vi har haft det förträffligt fint. Vi fick ett väldigt varmt och fint mottagande där jag tyckte personalen var så gulliga mot mina barnbarn som hängde med för incheckning. Rummet var ljust och rymligt och sköna sängar. Bra med parkeringar för bilen och ett väldigt lugnt och fint område att gå omkring i. Frukosten var jättebra. När både jag och mitt barnbarn är glutenintoleranta så hade man även tänkt på det. Så vi saknade inget. Jag kommer återkomma hit.
