This is an updated and adorable 1 bedroom, one bath villa that sleeps 6..... 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa sleeper.Less than a 5 minute walk to sink your toes in the white powder-like sand on Siesta Key Beach!! We counted... 420 regular steps to the sand.The location of this resort is ideal as it sits right on the beach. It's also just a short 1.5 miles away from the heart of Siesta Key Village. Leave your car parked in the shade and take one of several free rides offered where you tip for appreciation. Visit the many great shops to purchase beach wear or high-end clothing. Walk down the sidewalk and scour for many great restaurants to choose from or grab a hot donut at our local Meaney's Mini Donut stand. If homemade ice cream or gelato is your thing, stop at Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream or choose Big Olaf's Amish homemade fare. It's all at your fingertips if you stay in our villa at Jamaica Royale.Walk into the condo and peer into the open kitchen and living room areas. There are delightful! The flooring is new white laid throughout the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is updated with lovely new white cabinets, stainless steel LG high end appliances. The stainless refrigerator includes an ice-maker, countertop stainless microwave and black glass top 5 burner stove top that's brand new by LG. If you love having multiple options for making your morning coffee, this is your place! French press, drip, Nespresso, Espresso, cups and drip....are all options you will have.....espresso/latte cups are all provided. All dishes, glasses and basic appliances are provided too. The kitchen is open to the living room area where you have a queen sleeper sofa, one new upholstered chair and a matching love seat. Plan a movie night with the family watching your favorite show or movie on the large flat screen TV. Frontier WiFi and Cable included....so get the popcorn popping! Sliding doors lead out to the patio where we have two tables to enjoy meals outdoors. Enjoy some wine and cheese in the shade under the umbrella.The bedroom is newly updated with wood tile flooring, flatscreen TV and one queen bed and one king bed. Includes a ceiling fan, night stand, windows with lovely courtyard views. The bathroom has a step-in tub/shower combo. Outside the bathroom is a large walk-in closet with a stackable w/d, ironing board and beach accessories, as well as patio cushions. This is a NON-SMOKING CONDO. Sorry, no pets allowed.Private washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The complex is beach front. The unit is not beach front... it is 420 regular steps to the sand. A shower is available for Jamaica Royale guests as you re-enter the property from the beach. There are also water hoses provided by each Garden apartment to remove sand from your feet and from the beach supplies. There are two shuffleboard courts Two BBQ gas grills.
