"The reason why we chose this property is the pool terrace and it views (showcased as its main attractive). The afternoon we decided to enjoy that amenity, little did we know that we would be chased out of the pool aerea at a certain point. Starting 6 pm, we were permanently reminded that the area was reserved for upcoming dinner patrons. Albeit mild, it was an unrelenting harassment by staff. We were asked to moved from one area to another, twice. Then staff would be frantically cleaning around...

"If you’re coming to Granada to see the Alhambra then you need to stay here! We loved the stay in an authentic spot that as close enough to walk everywhere and was tranquil and relaxing. Appreciated the AC working well. Room was very clean and the bed was nice and comfy. The staff helped us find a good bar in town to watch Spains game in the World Cup. I would say, skip the breakfast and go out instead. 10/10 would highly recommend"

"The staff was wonderful. My wife twisted her knee touring the town and they were very helpful, making reservations, bringing ice for the knee, etc. The location is great, across a narrow street from the beautiful cathedral. We drove to the hotel and the underground parking was very convenient. The room wasn’t large but very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great. All in all a great experience."
