"Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless and very comfy room as was the whole hotel. 5 cats wandering around and dog's allowed in the restaurant made it very homely. Excellent food and service, no complaints whatsoever and had a wonderful time. "

"Het verblijf was super. Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn schoon. Dit wordt dagelijks bijgehouden. Dagelijks schone handdoeken. Goede bus en taxi verbinding naar het centrum van Siena en betaalbaar. Buskaartjes zijn te koop bij de receptie van het hotel. Lopend ben je ruim 30 tot 40 minuten onderweg naar het centrum van Siena. Voor herhaling vatbaar."
