"We had a great 5 night stay at the Villa Scacciapensieri. The room was cozy and very comfortable. We loved the outside of the facility, it was beautiful, flowers, lemon trees, beautiful landscape. The staff were good, the staff who worked breakfast were amazing! The front desk seemed a bit stressed out. We rented the bikes which was a blast! "We were on the 1st floor of the villa, and although we’d booked a private bathroom this wasn’t part of the room but across the corridor which was shared with 2 other rooms. Not ideal in the middle of the night! Window to view was very small and didn’t have a curtain, but actually the location is lovely (10 min drive to Sienna) and breakfast is adequate. Can imagine the pool would be lovely in summer. "
