체크인 문제로 오랜시간 기다렸는데, 그 분들 말로는 호텔닷컴측의 전산문제라고 했다. 뿐만 아나라, 세면 용수가 물탱크 관리 부실로 심한 녹 냄새가 나서 항의했더니 어쩔 수 없다는 표정 뿐이고, 투숙 첫날엔 다음 날 아침 9시경까지 그나마의 물도 나오질 않았다. 그래서 샤워, 세면 및 양치질 물은 마트에서 생수를 사다 썼습니다. 물이 공급되질 않아서 숙소를 옮기겠다고 손해배상 요구도 했으나 심한 변명 뿐.. 절대 가면 안됩니다. 실제로 저는 숙소를 옮기려고 주변을 많이 돌아 다니기도 했습니다. 무척 불쾌하고 기분 상했습니다.

No frill basic hotel away from Pub Street
Spent 4 nights in the hotel which is a ten minute brisk walk to Pub Street. I had a problem getting any TUK TUK driver to know where it was. Good sized double room with two double beds and en suite shower room. Very basic and needed a refurb but adequate. Hot water from electric shower. AC and fan. I managed with the fan. The bar below owned by the hotel never seemed busy so wasn't a noise problem. I returned most nights around 10:30 and the bar was closed. There are levels with no lift so if you want less stairs request 2nd floor. Ground floor is adjacent to the bar and everyone will pass you door returning from their night out. For the price not bad value.

It started well, for they sent a pick up from the airport. After that it was downhill. The owner-operator had no clue that I booked and paid online for my 6 night stay, fortunately, he had a room for me. However, I still had to pay again in cash bcz he wouldn't accept VISA. I agreed as long as he would help me with the online booking and get a refund. Yet, he was hesitant to help me, I had to spend hours on the phone with the Hotels.com rep to solve this issue (by the way, the reps were great in helping). Finally taken care off, yet story not over.. 3rd day, after a long day of touring, I come to my room to find the bathroom flooded. Its seems a pipe broke and water was flowing like a waterfall. I had to shower with a dribble of water from the shower. Next day, he could not find a plumber, so he agreed to change my room. (I should mention, I received no help moving my bags up and downstairs). The rest of my stay was fine, although if you need anything past 8 or 9pm, the lobby is empty and dark, so I wouldn't expect any kind of service in the evening. The owner doesn't seem like a mean person, but simply clueless on how to operate a hotel. I noticed guest after guest arguing and complaining about the same problem. The man's not aware that his hotel is listed in several sites and people are double-triple booking.
This was my story, and I wouldn't want someone else to experience this rough adventure

It wasn't so good.
Staffs and the service were good but the facilities were not. It costed just like the status of facilities. The worst thing was that there was a fan but it was really hot because humidity didn't go out. I'll recommend here if you have a little budget.

Great service!
I only stayed one night, but the staff and management were super helpful and accommodating. I understand the hotel is about to change hands, I can only hope the new owners continue on the great service.

Shameful treat to U guest& Visitors
The owner of this hotel reject Hotel.com customer who have already paid off for the room ahead off time upon arrival to the hotel (which the location of this hotel is very hard to find) on the New Year Eves day without any help no courtesy or not even try to make one phone call to help me contact local Hotel .com office for help or a solution of this problem when the visitor is so hopeless cannot contact nobody for help because U cannot connect hotel.com toll Free tel inCambodia;Also U have to go around to find place to stay in Urgent which very tough to find the room on31Dec-1Jan 2015 also for 3-4 times terrible price jack up on the New Year Day;who will take responsible for this greedyness& unprofessional treat (so shameful )to the Client like this case

A wonderful guesthouse
My time at Oral D'Angkor was outstanding. The gentleman running the guesthouse is one of the friendliest people I met in Cambodia and would go out of his way to help you with bike rental, transport etc. The prices are also very cheap (for accommodation, food and activities).

Good value for money.
Although the guesthouse was nothing fancy, it was comfortable & the owner was incredibly helpful, he even changed currency for me at bank rates because I arrived after the banks had closed for the weekend.

Alt alt alt for slidt.
Hotellet er i alt,alt ,alt for dårlig stand.
Den første dag faldt vores håndvask ned på badeværelse og smadret i 1000 dale.
Det skete forde beslaget var rustet væk.
Gulvet var i fuget på badeværelset.
Håndtaget på bsdeværelset var stort set væk af rust.
A/C virkede ikke.
Vandet lugtede utrolig meget er jern.
Ikke et sted jeg vil booke igen.

A quiet friendly family run establishment in Tepvong st, away from the noise of town. A lovely free breakfast is included in your price (eggs toast fruit coffee). The family will ensure your stay is relaxed and comfortable. They provide good advice and assistance in many areas. Recommended for the budget traveller.

Privacy assured
Well the air-conditioner in the room wasn't really cold, but thankfully there was a ceiling fan as well. Breakfast was simple but fulfilling - toast, eggs, fruit, coffee/tea, marmalade - pretty decent. The front desk was all right and not touristy, so I'm quite satisfied with my stay there.

주인이 엄청 친절
주이 아주머니 아저씨 모두 엄청 치절합니다. 비수기여서 그럴수도 있겠지만 체크아웃을 2시 이후 요구에 흔쾌히 동의. 공항스케쥴때문에 짐을 맡기고 7시에 들오 왔더니 샤워하고 가라고 다시 키를 내 주심. 룸 메이드 다 끝난 상태였는데. 감솨, 아침에 앙코르왔 선롸이징 보려구 5시 도시락 2개 부탁했더니 흔쾌히 오케이. 도시락일 해 봐야 삶은 계한 2개, 멍키바나나 3쪽, 식빵 4조각. 물 한병 이지만 그래두. 100불 지폐 소액궈으로 좀 바꿔 달랬더니 주인 아저씨 오토바이 타고 가서 신속히 바꿔 옴 등 등, 종업언들도 무지 친절. 단, 시설은 낡았으니 이점은 기대 하지 마시길
