One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s fantastic location. Being only 5 minutes away from Pub Street and central attractions made it incredibly easy to enjoy the local scene. The friendly staff also provided great recommendations for places to visit nearby, enhancing my overall experience. Its was very pleasant experience even the first step you walk out from the Airport the hotel driver is waiting to pick us up and we were treated with cool towel and drinks. This was something unexpected usually this only given when you reach the hotel by the way after 25 minute ride reach the hotel. The Shintana Saya is a newly remodelled, nicely finished boutique hotel conveniently located about halfway between Pub Street and the Temple areas of Siem Reap. Getting downtown to eat or shop or out to tour the temples is an easy ride. The hotel provides free airport service and tuk-tuk service to the city. Temple drivers and tours can be arranged easily and are reasonably priced. The small hotel restaurant makes great food (priced higher than in the city, though) including a free breakfast...

We decided to pick this hotel for its location as we came with a family of 5 with two teenagers. The hotel has a very zen and peaceful atmosphere which we loved. Service was simply outstanding and everyone made us feel so welcomed. The food is amazing as well with a beautiful restaurant which we went to a couple of evening. I highly recommend this restaurant! We had a comfortable stay at this nice hotel in the central city. The breakfast was delicious, and the massage service was very good and relaxing.

We were bowled over by the friendliness of the hotel staff from the pick up at the airport and throughout our 5 day stay, at meals and when requesting help from the front desk. The hotel location was ideal, not in the busy part of town and yet only a 5 minute walk away. Our poolside room was comfortable and the saltwater pool was fabulous. We can definitely recommend this hotel!
