"Great staff, very nice people. The property needs some renovations as the infrastructure, rooms and decoration are dated. The location is perfect, with a private beach (great for the kids) and very close to Cefalu downtown (5 mins by car) where you can enjoy great dinners."

"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. "The view is amazing. The rooms are clean. But, the catering was terrible. Clear lack of management: arriving around 14h00 we asked if the kitchen was still open. The receptionist said yes, but it was soon to close. The food was clearly microwaved and not tasty. Better to refuse to serve in that case. Expensive and disappointing! Same happened with the breakfast. While on Saturday, breakfast is served until 10am, same as weekly time… the buffet was empty when we arrived at 09h15. Scrambled eggs...

"This place was gorgeous! Our room had views of the sea right from our balcony. The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The pool was beautiful. I would absolutely go back. It was a bit of a walk to the city center. A cab was easy to return to the hotel. We also took advantage of the hotel shuttle, which was convenient. The rooms were beautiful."
