"In our view, this is more a conference centre than a hotel. The grounds are spectacular and the architecture is stunning. Food is very good and staff are great. To lift to a hotel, rooms need some refurbishment, bars need to be open and service levels could rise to cater to the guests."

"Great hotel in downtown Medan. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, the pool side room are amazing. I go back there every year with my wife's family for 3 reasons: Great pool, amazing breakfast buffet and very nice staff, very helpful they treat us like kings over there."
