Stepping into the 1980 with dated decorations and basic setups. It was a warm day at the hotel but they didn’t turn on ac as it was “not the season”. 4 stars… hmmm closer to 2.5 stars

We apologize for any inconveniences caused.As it is very difficult for us to change the appearance of the building, we place the greatest emphasis on the quality of service provided by our team.Our hotel does not have air conditioning but a centralized air conditioning system that works on heating or cooling (not simultaneously) depending on the season. Thus, the room thermostats can adjust the temperature: warmer/less warm when the air conditioning works on warm air, or cooler/less cold when the air conditioning works on cold air. We are aware of this unpleasant situation and are looking for technical solutions for the existing equipment.The classification of accommodation units in Romania is based on rigorous criteria established by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism and the classification certificates are obtained after controls by the competent authorities. We respect your opinion comparing us with other hotels you have visited, however we are certainly fair and transparent to our guests.

Superb location, dependable and well appointed
I stayed a night in a superior room here and enjoyed the superb location (at the crossroads between the Old town and modern part), the cleanliness, well-appointed room, very good breakfast and friendly staff. In particular the room had a tea and coffee machine, stocked minibar, free bottled water, a fluffy bed, and shower with movable handle. Individual toiletries, including brush kit and shave kit (!) as well as bathrobes and slippers were provided. Breakfast (7-10 on weekdays) was complex with sandwich ingredients, hot options (eggs, scramble, sausages, potatoes), tea, coffee, juices, sweets, pastries, muesli. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall another greatly placed and dependable Continental hotel. I will return

Absolutely great hotel to stay. Right at the footstep of city hall. Hotel itself is clean, with comfortable beds and all eminities. The breakfast is delicious with loads of choices. Hotel is 18 kin walk from station. And 5 minutes to city hall

Almost perfect
It's a nice hotel, in an old building. Because of that, bathrooms look improvised and cramped. The shower was defective. Otherwise, the furniture look new and is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and staff was really helpful.

There are limited parking spaces, payable, and you have to be lucky to get one. We lost 1h every day trying to find payable parking near the hotel. Rooms look different then in the pictures. not updated, not clean. Definitely not returning there.

Nice Sibiu hotel.
The location of the hotel couldn't be better - literally just steps away from the old town. The staff was great, everyone was nice & helpful. Our hotel room was very spacious & clean, too; although the decor of the entire hotel is very dated. The bathroom was OK, there was mold on the shower edges. I loved the breakfast buffet, there was a nice selection of hot & cold foods & drinks. I would stay there again.

It’s a pretty standard hotel. The staff is impeccable. The rooms are generally clean and well-equipped. Ours had a bit of a leak in the shower-to-room wall, making a wet spot in the carpet (because it interestingly has not only a glass shower stall, but a glass bathroom). Nothing about the hotel is remarkably charming, however. Just nice.

It is a great hotel downtown. It's not a 4 star hotel. It needs some refurbishment and better windows for soundproofing but all in all it is a good choice.

Big business-oriented hotel with not very comfortable "de luxe" rooms. Aimed at large groups conferences. Not suitable for vacationing couples or small groups. Breakfast room is unbelievably noisy and messy. Very negative experience that tarnished our overall Sibiu experience.

The hotel looks impressive and is in an excellent location, right within the town centre. It is only a few metres from the pedestrian area through the town centre. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities were as described on the website. The air conditioning was spot on and very welcome in the heat of July. The room was very quiet and I couldn’t hear any noise from the rest of the hotel or the adjoining rooms. The wifi was a bit patchy and varied as I moved around the room, but this may be because we were on the 3rd floor. I will definitely stay there again.

Good location, but mediocre rooms
Some rooms are nice, some horrible. Breakfast was extremely poor quality, everything tasted cheap, i could feel the chemicals in the orange juice. Location however is very good.
