This was the absolute worst property I have ever seen! We took one look at the room and immediately left. We did not stay here! Do not bring your family here. There was people outside talking to themselves, people in and out of the rooms who were very sketchy. The hall way was full of water? But smelled like animal urine. The room lamps had no lamp shades, the room did not have any lighting! We booked a king size bedroom they gave us two double beds. There was no toiletries or even towels! There was what seemed to be blood in the bath tub and the linens on the beds were filthy! Then they had the nerve to not partially refund us. It was the worst experience, completely disgusting! I feel so bad that human beings actually stay there, this place should be shut down! Shreveport really needs to do better

Horrible!! Nothing else to sum it up!! Lady was very rude at check in. We were given a room, went it was not what we paid for. We requested 2 queens and it was 1 king. The ac unit was broken, main room light was broken, bathroom light was flickering, and to top it off no toilet paper! We went and spoke to the front desk. We were given another room that was 2 buildings away. In the process of walking there a huge dog came out of a room barking at my daughter. The buildings recked and there were bugs everywhere! When we went to the front desk and asked from a refund they ignored us while texting on their cell phone. Overall horrible experience!

I would say, please remove this motel from hotels.com. I can’t believe you guys would even advertise anyone to stay here. I paid for this room based on hotels.com reviews when I should have went to google.com first. Had I went there first I would have been informed of the condition of this property and all that entails. Door was unlocked and opened for the room I was assigned. Trash outside door. Beds are surely infested with bedbugs. I walked in and seen the place and walked right out into another hotel.

Arrived at the location there were several vagrants Milling about in the parking lot and the street leading to the property. As soon as I pulled into my parking spot I was approached by a man asking for money the area was dark and I did not feel safe so I left and spent the night in my car in a gas station parking lot. The general manager refused to refund my my money. I will be sure to let everyone know to not stay at that location

This place was so filthy. Bed bugs and tweakers. The ceiling is caving in, my room was unclean and when I called for a new room they hung up on me

If i could give this place a -10, I would. The bed had noticeably dirty linen. I slept on a small blanket I brought from home. Roaches crawling. How could i forget the almost 3 hour power outage. Random people hanging around. I didn't feel safe to leave at night so I left as soon as I saw daylight. Horrible experience.

This property is the dirtiest place you could ever want to stay at. There is homeless people hanging around the premises. The staff is so unorganized and very unprofessional. When I checked in I was promised my hotel room but then again it wasn’t ready for me to stay there. They told me to come back in 45 minutes and it’ll be ready. Well later on that day when I went to go check in again they had a different room for me, and it was so nasty, there was roaches crawling on the headboard, crawling on the walls. There was poop stains on the sheets. There was cigarette buds in the sink, and there was strangers hanging around in the hall. It was pitch black and dark you couldn’t even see your room . When I complain about it to the lady at the front desk, she stated that I should go through the third-party that I used to book it through to get a refund .But then when it was time to get a refund, she wouldn’t give it to me and she lied on me stating that me and my other company were smoking in that room, that is very unprofessional, and she needs to be fired . We were not even in the room for 10 minutes. We immediately got on the phone with that lady and told her that we are not staying here and we need a refund because this is not a suitable environment to stay in. Who would want to stay in an environment where this poop on the bed roaches crawling on the floor roaches crawling on the headboard roaches crawling on the walls. Please do not stay here because it is disgusting.

When we checked in to our room it had two double beds not the king we picked. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke, ashes were in the mini fridge, no lampshades, and no smoke detectors or fire alarm beeper (it was disassembled). We went back to the front desk and she took us to a room with a king bed. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, couldn’t open the microwave because the handle was broken, all mirrors were hazy ( not cleaned in months), a open beer was in the refrigerator, ac/heat didn’t work, no lampshades again, bathroom counter and sink wasn’t clean, tub had black mold all around it, and all safety equipment was disabled. When we first pulled up we thought it was closed. There were no lights on anywhere outside the building and very little inside. The place looks like it hasn’t been in any good condition in several years. The website pictures are probably from when it first opened. The walls and ceilings had peeling paint and stains, sockets missing light bulbs, 2x4 holding up bathroom sink/counter, the mini fridge was being used as giant ashtray. Because it was late at night and a storm was going on outside with tornadoes, we stayed and slept fully clothed. The hotel looked like it was ready for demolition. We feel we fell for a bait and switch based on pictures of the place when the reservation was made and had decent reviews (probably very old). What really makes me mad is I used award dollars on an apocalyptic, unsafe and filthy hotel. I want my money back!

Hotel belongs in Nightmares
The pictures are nothing like the hotel— whatsoever! The place is run down and looks disreputable. Comparatively it’s a halfway house. The receptionist was pleasant, but there were two other women at the counter cussing about some interactions with other people at the hotel during my entire check in process. I could not tell who worked at the “hotel” in all honesty. Although I had my doubts about the place after looking at the outside of the place and after walking in the lobby— I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt, thinking the room would give some solace. I made the drive from california and honestly just wanted to lay my head on a bed. After I checked in a began walking down the hallway— I knew I made a bad decision, but proceeded to the room regardless. I went into my room I thought a random man was in the bathroom. Thinking I miss heard the room number, I went back to check with the front desk. To my surprise the man in the room was indeed it was an employee! He just looked with a young man in street clothes with headphones standing in the room. Still I went back to the room after checking with the front desk. He looked annoyed as he invited me in a room to wet floors and a single pillow on a king sized bed. He remained in the room cleaning the bathroom when I came in. I took one look at the room did an about face and said I wouldn’t be staying there that night. Unfortunately I could not get a refund for the room and sat in a parking lot looking for another

The staff smoke with the guest all doors of building was opened anyone could just walk in . Our rooms was outdated things hanging from the ceiling. 7 months pregnant was too afraid to stay in my room alone without my fiance . The owner needs to check his property or shut it down .

This place honestly should be condemned. Half the ceiling is missing throughout the building, most of the place smells like cat urine. At least 20 rooms haven't had power in at least 2 weeks. The place is overrun with cockroaches and people literally smoke crack by your door. We were given a room that was mod-remodel, it wasn't cleaned, and no one came to clean it until 2 days later, and then no one came again. Half the time there was no running water. We paid for a room with a microwave, a TV, and wifi. Wifi is only available in the lobby. The TV was broken, and the microwave was on the floor. Gunshots rang out IN the building on the third day of our stay. You have to go and get your own towels and sheets, and half the time there are none available. The towels and sheets we were given were always covered in stains and looked like they weren't even washed. Do NOT stay here. It's the cheapest place in the city, but it's definitely not worth it unless you have no other option!

This place is terrible. The toilet is shaking when you sit on it, lights not working, the power switch are hazardous (exposed wires), hallways have no light, my bed smell like cigarettes, the amenities listed were not available (no iron). I will never visit here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I couldnt stay there we got to the hotel checked in got the key on the way to the room you can smell weed there hallway is very very dirty got to the room the door was open the bed was on the floor bugs everywhere a big hole in the ceiling in the bathroom the room was disgusting. Went back to the front desk asked for another room explain what was wrong with the room she found another room it was in the same shape. The guest that stay at this hotel are drug users and people that don’t care about there health. I had to get out of that place PLEASE DONT STAY THERE

This is probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at . Customer service is terrible, you can smell the mold as soon as you enter the lobby. The pictures are not accurate at all , very run down establishment that needs to be demolished at best. Hotels.com should send reps to confirm that these places are as good as they say they are or don’t advertise them at all.

There was garbage all over the halways. It smelled like a garbage dump. It looked like a crack or herion house. I lasted one minute walking to my room. Never even made it to my room. A man started yelling at me to come here. Thought he was going to rob me. I took off running and jumped in my car and left immediately. The place should be condemned. Economy corporate should be ashamed for allowing thier property to turn into a slum lord property. I am not exaggerating at all. The place is not safe and disgusting.

There wasn’t a latch to secure the door. There was no main light (the switch inside the door turned nothing on). Lamp had no light bulb. No towels at all. No microwave as stated in room details. Condom wrapper in bedside table drawer. Full garbage cans next to property outside doors. No trash can in room at all. People were great, property not so much.

My wife and I were only going to get about 3 or 4 hours of sleep because of weekend plans so I booked this place because it was close to the airport and we would arrive late. When we arrived, we were shocked at how run down this place was. It was actually unbelievable but since we would only be there for a short time we figured we would be fine. While trying to check in, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign saying they would be back shortly. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got in the phone trying to find another hotel nearby that had rooms available. While doing this, a lady finally showed up so I checked in. After getting the room key and walking thru hallways that looked like you were in a horror film, the room key assigned to me was to a room that was already occupied. So I went back to the front desk only to find this lady was gone again. I waited a few minutes and decided to put the room key on the counter and left. This room was prepaid so I did not get money back. I ended up finding a room someplace else and paid again. I stay in hotels almost every weekend and Orbitz can vouch for that by looking at my records. I have never seen a place like this and seriously Orbitz should take this place off of their list.
