Room furniture is run down and the rooms ONLY have a fridge, no microwaves. Parking garage dark and piss smelling.

Horseshoe Bossier City– A Caesars Rewards Destination
The stay and staff was awesome, room was very nice and clean, but one little issue which is not bad was the shower water would not get hot enough but I still took one but overall I give it a perfect 10

Boomtown Casino & Hotel
Hot tub was fine however there was construction all along the front of the hotel, there was no Wi-Fi, had to go to the casino side if I wanted to use Wi-Fi the night desk ladies attitude could be a little bit better she could be a little nicer and a little more helpful but the daytime staff was awesome ...

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
It would be nice if they offered breakfast even if it was continental. The Cafe in the Casino needs a little attention. I don't think it should take 45 minutes to get a hamburger when there is only 2 tables and maybe 6 people total is restaurant. Otherwise we had a great trip.

Clarion Pointe
They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly.
