"The service here is so good and thoughtful, I cannot emphasize how impressed we were. The staff helped us store our baggage before check in and figure out how to get the baggage to the train station. We were provided a variety of complimentary gifts, and a map of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, and the private baths were a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area."

"Very spacious suite. However 2 queen beds in one bedroom made it tight. Free to use laundry machine. Only one machine and no dryer. Location is far from main street but I enjoyed the walk."

Upon calling the hotel, the front desk gentleman drove his motorbike to quickly return it to me at the station. "breakfast and dinner were both good. It was worthy to stayin in this hotel for those elements. However the condition of private bath tub was terrible. The wooden door was off the window frame, and the hinoki tub was moldy in several places. The experience of wood powder getting stuck in my fingernails was really not a pleasant experience."
