"This Tru by Hilton, as all Tru Hotels we have stayed at, is excellent. This stay however I accidentally booked an accessible room. Room location was on the first floor and very close to everything. It was quite noisy. I usually request and receive a room on an upper floor. "

"We paid for a king suite and when we arrived they told us that they had oversold the king rooms so we were given 2 queens. Disappointing. The bar closed down at 10 pm so our much anticipated glad of wine was not to be. She was actually still serving customers but she had already counted her drawer so that was a bit annoying. We had an issue with the AC so we traveled donators again and they had a guy at the front desk who was supposed to follow us up. After 30 minutes in a warm room we tried to...

"Traveling with my dog and was asked to sign the pet policy (as per usual). I asked the front desk agents where the designated area for dog walking is and neither knew. The reason for this was apparent once I found it - a minefield of dog poop of various stages of fossilization all along the side and back of the property. Apparently no dog owners pick up after their pets (understandable since no bags were stocked at the station) and I guess there’s no staff looking after the grounds. "
