"Booked for 4 nights. Needless to say the pricing in my opinion was over priced for the establishment. The first two nights the room was extremely hot. The shower lets out water and the restroom got flooded as well as part of where the sink area is. That second night my husband had to reach out to staff about the room being very hot and although they moves us to a different room it wasn’t any better. "Roaches, roaches roaches!!! Probably doesnt help the fact that - upon entering room, i could smell the pizza that was still left in the microwave!!! AC worked but I felt like it could go out any minute. The bed seemed made up and clean sheets - but these sheets needed to be replaced and thrown out! Old, thin and lots of tiny holes in them. Went to my new car thru out the night just to feel comfortable!!! Would ask for a refund - but I bet they get asked for refunds a lot and have gotten good...

"The 2 best things about the property were the various spacious pools for families with children; and the other was the very sizable king balcony suite. Love the bathroom that had a separate tub from the shower. While we brought some of our own food, the resort breakfast items were average. In addition, any out-of-pocket items to include parking, food items, etc. were pricey. The property primarily caters toward families with children and they do an excellent job."

The rooms were extremely clean and they paid attention to detail and even provided fresh baked cookies on the bed and a little guest bag of forgotten items. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are several restaurants a few doors down in either direction to grab food. There is a speak easy bar on the 2nd floor if you need to see "the doctor".
