"Excellent location with restaurant on-site. Staff were friendly, helpful and rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. Only negative was a room assurity which was more expensive than the room itself. Even though we didn't use it, this seemed pointless when billing details provided with booking. Apart from this, great spot to spend the night."

"Upstairs Room 11. Simply but comfortably furnished. Well sized with a pleasing balcony. Modernised bathroom a treat. Welcoming and helpful staff made negotiating the stairs with luggage a breeze. 250m by bush track to the beach 🙂. The good quality Thai restaurant next door rounded out a very pleasant stay."

"Excellent facilities with everything we needed contained within. Secure parking an easy safe access to the rooms for the car park.Very clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach which was only good for walking . However the patrolled beach was not too far away and could be accessed on foot or by car."

"The room was spacious, the king bed comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom was large with ample hot water & larger shower cubicle. There was ample room for luggage & the spa on the outside verandsh discreet & quiet. We had our own courtyard which was good as we left the curtains open all night. We didnt go into the pools (lagoons) as we had a wedding to go to, but with a group of friends, you would have a great time not even leaving the premises. We will be back!"

"The view is just as amazing as pictured, and the deck is a fantastic spot to enjoy a few drinks. Lorenzo was an wonderful host—everything was smooth and easy, which is exactly what we wanted for our Agnes Water stay. The peace and quiet here is unmatched by any other place I've stayed, yet we are still right in the township"
