"Our room was warm with an oil heater and use of a laundry was a bonus. The bed was comfortable but had to wipe down the wall near the fridge as it was dirty and the microwave hadn’t be wiped out. Was great to walk to view platypus and would stay again. Dinner in the restaurant was good home cooked meal and other dinners were very friendly. "

"Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. "The room had no parking but the staff arranged a parking spot. It was good. "

"We only stayed here for one night and that was fine. It is a beautiful surrounding, very friendly and welcoming staff. The cottage is a bit out of date, definitely can do with a little bit of renewing like the cooking area and the curtains are very old. We found the pillows were way too high, but this is each to their own of course. We would come back as it is not all about the cottage, but it is a beautiful surrounding and friendly staff! Plus it was all very clean too!"
