We lived our studio cabin. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very nice and you can’t beat the location for watching the animals at sunrise.

What a wonderful place - everything was new and clean, there were kangaroos on the premises and the beach was just pristine. I’d definitely go there again.

Fantastic stay!

Perfect location and amazing cabin. It had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean, tidy and in immaculate condition. The room with two sets of bunks might be a bit snug for 4 bigger kids, but overall can't recommend highly enough.

The cabin was modern and impeccably clean. The highlight of my stay was definitely seeing wallabies and kangaroos right on the beach. The surrounding area is also stunningly beautiful. Highly recommended!

We had an exceptional stay at Cape Hillsborough Nature Tourist Park. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by wild kangaroos. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and provided a thorough explanation of the surroundings. Although we were unable to secure one of the beach bungalows due to prior occupancy, our room was conveniently located adjacent to the beach bungalows and offered direct beach access. Following our arrival from Mackay Airport, we collected our rental car, completed our grocery shopping, and proceeded to the National Park. Our room was equipped with complimentary coffee, tea, and milk. The on-site laundry facilities proved to be particularly useful, as we had been unable to wash our clothes for over five days during our travels. The next morning, we got up at 5 am to witness the kangaroos on the beach, creating a truly unforgettable experience. Our stay was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided.

Beating all expectations

The price value was incredible- it a camping site with not really impressive looking cabins, the stay turned out fantastically both due to the accuracy communication on what was most important- the beach and the kangaroos. From 4:45 and all day we got the most fantastic nature experiences. And when the sun set it was both cost and comfortable in and outside the cabin. I would have enjoyed using the BBQ on the first evening, but it had apparently been empty of gas a couple of days. There were other BBQs available but we chose to cook in the cabin kitchen. Second night the BBQ was refilled - and we could enjoy cooking at the waterside.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was spacious clean and very well equipped. The Staff were really friendly and check in was quick and hassle free. The area is beautiful and well kept with a lovely pool area. There is a little shop and we enjoyed great coffee in the morning. The beach is beautiful and it was a real treat to sit outside our cabin and watch the kangaroos and different birds roaming around the park.

Nice grounds, with visiting kangaroos. The cabin was new, well equipped, dishwasher, nice bathroom with great shower, and plenty of powerpoints and usb sockets for charging all your devices. Nice deck to dit out on.

Spotless room! Comfortable beds, bedding and big plush pillows. We all slept very well! Kangaroo experience was amazing! They have 2 kangas that just hang around so you can go see them anytime. Food is a bit far away, so I’d recommend getting groceries before you arrive. We had a big cabin with 2 bedrooms, living room with tv, dining table and large kitchen. Terrific accommodations! The pool outside our cabin with water slides was a big hit, too!
