"Hotel was great. Room beautiful with excellent amenities. Staff were very helpful. Disappointed that during our stay, the Roof Top Terrace was closed for a private function one night, and then on another night Firma Restaurant was closed for a private function! Seemed that guests come second! Weren’t told in advance and we booked months ahead!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. The only probelm was the curtains didnt close all the way and let a lot of the light in from neighbouring hotel/attractions. There was also very loud noise coming from the resistance next door until 12. mid.ight and some work from possible machinery in the alley down from my window. I was on the 6th floor. I didnt get a great sleep."
