"A map of Toowoomba that you can take with you would be helpful. There was a small map in folder but you couldn’t take with you while out and about. Also a small but useful would be a few toothpicks which you wouldn’t think to bring with you. I’m not complaining just suggesting. Thanks for a great stay"

"We had a pet friendly room. It was modern and so clean and smelled great! We had room service very good meals we enjoyed thoroughly. Gorgeous cafe called Tins and Trays 3 mins away excellent food and style in an old Queenslander. Well worth it. "

"Parking was hard . Cleaning girls came knocking on the door to see if we were ready for cleaning ( 1 was in bed, 1 was in the shower & other 1 told them no, it was about 8pm. The car was still there.The floor boards are loose off the cement so could hear each person trying to sneak to the bathroom. All rest was excellent "

"I really felt comfortable and safe at the motel. However, if you provide a toaster, can you also provide plates and bread/butter knives. I did not see, anywhere a folder providing information for guests. It may have been in the drawer that I didn’t open. I will stay there again. It’s a great location. Thankyou . "
