"I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. I initially chose one option but later decided to choose the extra free night bc I'd be silly not too. And she honored the request!...

"When I rented the room through Expedia I was told there was staff at the front desk between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and check in time was 4:00 p.m. On my way to Hilton Head I got a text from 210 area code saying that I had to do an online check-in because nobody was working at the front desk. I received a another text saying to do an online check-in looking for my credit card information too. I was told not to give my credit card information out to third parties. "The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. "
