"The staff were great, the place is getting a bit tired, housekeeping is pretty abysmal, dirty towels were re hung, bins were not emptied, and the beds were not made.. had housekeeping not been so poor I would have given the place a much higher score.."

"The room we had was upgraded slightly which was nice . The room cleanliness was lovely and clean and housekeeping staff need to be praised. The only issue I had was lack of communication with the emails I had been sending and not being answered and when they did and wrote a reply again no answer. ..."

"Location is great and parking is included. The maid needs talking too though as we got woken early both mornings by her clattering around and slamming doors. Car chargers outside were also broken which when you gave an electric car is a huge problem!!!"
