"Abbiamo trascorso un pomeriggio e una notte presso il Balance. È un hotel a conduzione familiare, molto curato nelle aree comuni e con un eccellente servizio. La Spa è molto bella e offre una buona varietà di servizi: 4 saune, 1 cabina infrarossi, un bagno turco, grotta di neve e vasca acqua fredda. C'è anche una piscjna riscaldata con collegamento diretto con l'esterno, dove c'è anche una zona idromassaggio con vista panoramica. Menzione speciale per la cena, inclusa in regome di mezza...

"Cleanness of the place leaves some to desire, and charging 19 euros for a small pet is excessive to say the least. Also, the prices in Marche restaurant being part of the hotel are becoming prohibitive. I used to visit this place at least twice a year over last few years and Marche diner raised their prices 100% if not more. They charge 1 euro for SINGLE slice of bacon, or small pack of butter. 2 scrambled eggs cost 6.99!!! very aggressive pricing... "

"Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Parken am Hotel ist ist nicht direkt möglich außer man hat Glück in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. "

Die Aussicht war wirklich schön, leider gab es jedoch mehrere Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben: • Die Wohnung roch insgesamt unangenehm, besonders im Schlafzimmer roch die Bettdecke deutlich nach Zigarettenrauch – obwohl das Hotel eigentlich rauchfrei ist. • Der Topper des Schlafsofas war stark fleckig, teilweise mit dunklen, nicht näher bestimmbaren Stellen. • In einer Decke im Schrank befand sich sogar ein lebendes Insekt. • Im Badezimmer...

"Booked short term due to lack of transportation on my side. If you bring heavy luggage like I did (2 x 70 lbs, carry on bag) this hotel might not be the best option as it doesn’t have a lift and I had to carry it upstairs three levels (I just didn’t expect to work out at midnight🙂). Late arrivals (like I did) after the reception closes (10 PM) is no problem at all. They initiated and ensured I know how to have access and where my room would be."
