"客室でたばこが吸えないのがきつかったです。お客様が外国人だった為、いちいち部屋を出て喫煙場へ案内しなければならなかったです。
喫煙可の部屋設定も必要かと思いました。"

"The hotel features large updated rooms with windows on the bay so it is delightful watching the sun rise and moon from the comfort of your room. The hot baths are excellent. The dinners and breakfasts vary every day and are both outstanding. The price for all this is reasonable. And, let’s not forget the free shuttle to the train station. I felt that staff was over worked and I’m not sure if there were enough staff people."

10/10 Excellent
Perfect Hotel for the travellers either arriving on a late flight and wishing to rest before going on their journey, or for those catching a morning flight out of Nagoya.
Really at a 5 mn easy walk to the check-in counters, perfectly soundproof, comfortable, one of the best airport hotel we experienced around the world.
And the train station or the rental car desks are also within 5mn from the hotel.
Once again, perfect.
