"Recently stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The family room was amazing. 1 double, 1 large twin and 2 twin beds, kitchenette, laundry in room. Room very spacious and suited our needs perfectly. Front staff very friendly with really good English. About a 10 min walk from the Kanazawa station but don’t let that deter you. Highly recommended. "We had a great time at the Saik accommodation in Kanazawa. We received a friendly welcome, communication was great, the room and beds were traditional. The bus stops close to the accommodation, there is a supermarket nearby, the breakfast was delicious and lovingly packaged, there were free cosmetics and umbrellas for rainy weather. We would love to come back."

"Very friendly staff. A very nice gift was given to us for celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel is in a great area - most of the major attractions in the city are within walking distance."

"We loved our stay here! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and the hotel was beautiful! We got one of the corner rooms, and we highly recommend it. On our first night, there was a huge thunderstorm, and we enjoyed sitting next to the corner window with snacks and drinks while we watched the storm. If we ever make it back to Kanazawa, we will definitely stay here again!!"

"The staff were nice. The check-in was quick and efficient. The little cake treats, and flowers in the room wear a nice touch. And the shower was one of the best ones we’ve been in. Also, the Japanese breakfast was fantastic, which was included in our rate."
"Great location, lovely and large variety with the breakfast, nice onsen, laundry machines (although only 2 so it was really busy), comfortable room (but they don't have drawers!), clean, friendly and yes-- it had amenities. We went with another couple and we were both most satisfied with the the Mitsui Garden Hotel."
