"Peaceful, beautiful scenery and homely. The hosts were friendly and helpful to share about transport and food options, and answered my questions when I had difficulty navigating Furano (my first time in Hokkaido). As a solo traveler without a car, I am grateful that they picked me up on my first day and sent me to the bus stop on my last day. House is very comfortable and spacious. Thanks Penguin and Jane for being such great hosts!"

"We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts are very friendly, helpful, and communicative. The bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance and the train station is within 30 minutes walking distance, but the bus can also take you to the station. "Great location in town. Near many eateries and convenience stores. The house is big and spacious, quite well equipped but very basic.
