"Very good communication and friendly host in a great area "

"It was clean and comfortable with far more amenities than I would have expected!"

"Nice hotel, not very close to centre of town but easy to get to station."

"Staff is kind, very conveniently located downtown next to the train station, and the property is clean. The rooms are a bit small and outdated, however."

"Very spacious, lovely modern decor, so you get both a lovely 5 star stay but being able to enjoy the old town once you step out. Staff are friendly, able to tell you what are open for the night on a map (as it was a public holiday when we went). The breakfast is also worth it (just 1000yen pp?), not the type with luxurious ingredients but it was all nicely laid out and a very comfy cafe which you can easily spend half a morning there."

"Great hotel for location and price."

"It's a cozy room in a quiet street. A public onsen next door is a big plus."

"If you want to experience a truly Japanese-style onsen in Matsuyama, this place is a must! The hotel has several outdoor baths, private tubs right in the room, a jjimjilbang-style sauna area, and even an on-site restaurant — everything you need for a perfect relaxing getaway. It’s an ideal spot for travelers looking to unwind and enjoy a full onsen experience in one place."

"こんぴらさんの参道にある場所で徒歩3分にはコンビニもあり良い場所にあると思います。部屋はゆっくりできましたが通路を歩く音がとても響きました。それ以外はとても良くまた機会があれば理由したいと思いました～"

"Beautifully restored in lid traditional timber home. Clean and well set up guest rooms, guest lounge and dining area very comfortable and spacious. Close to Onsen and convenience store and station. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Clean room, helpful staff"

"My stay at Guesthouse Lululu was lovely! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in over the phone, and parking was easy once I contacted to property to reserve a spot. If I return to Kochi, I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!"
